Here at Caroline Hanna, our dedicated property management team will guide you through the process of letting your home. There are two different packages we have to offer which are ‘Full Management’ and ‘Let Only’. Full Management is without a doubt the preferred choice for our landlords, and is the package we highly recommend. Having your property under full management will take the day to day stress and ensures your property is compliant with up to date legislation. We also offer a ‘Let Only’ package – the differences are highlighted below.
